TAMPA BAY, Florida -- Most of them will tell you they left it all on the field, giving it everything they had in order to make the Buccaneers' 53-man roster. But for 23 players, Tampa Bay gave up the chance to continue to coach them.
The Buccaneers waived 21 players, including wide receivers Jordan Shipley and Tiquan Underwood. Underwood finished thirteenth in the NFL during the preseason in receiving yards.
The Bucs also said goodbye to running back Mossis Madu, third string quarterback Brett Ratliff, and defensive tackles Amobi Okoye and Frank Okam.
