Bucs cheerleader files lawsuit over pay practices

Tampa, Florida -- A former Tampa Bay Buccaneers' cheerleader is suing the team over its pay practices.

Manouchcar Pierre-Val claims she was paid $100 for every game she cheered in, but did not receive compensation for the required 15 hours of practice per week, and the 40 hours of community appearances.

Her lawyer says the Bucs violated the Fair Labor Standards. She's following similar wage theft lawsuits filed by other NFL cheerleaders.
