Arlington, VA (Sports Network) - The Washington Capitals have signed right wing Joey Crabb to a one-year contract.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Crabb had his most productive season last year with Toronto, setting career highs with 11 goals, 15 assists, 26 points and 67 games.

The 29-year-old Alaska native has 18 goals and 32 assists for 50 points in 144 NHL games with Atlanta and Toronto. He has also posted 73 goals and 172 points in 299 career games at the American Hockey League level.
