Tampa, Florida -- Every hockey player remembers their trip to the Frozen Four, for Lightning forward Ryan Shannon, it's a fond memory.

"My most memorable moment was probably the game to get into the Frozen Four, because that's the panicle, our captain at the time Ben Eaves was playing on one leg and had a heroic goal over Michigan to send us to the Frozen Four... I remember the play," said Shannon.

For Lightning forward Martin St. Louis it's a bitter memory.

"We lost in double overtime... They won on a hand pass by the way and ever since then got instant replay, so that's what I remember from my Frozen Four," said St. Louis.

Because of the one and done nature of the Frozen Four St. Louis compared it to playing a game seven every night.

"Obviously for a college kid that's your Stanley Cup, and I was fortunate to play in one," said St. Louis.

The 2012 Frozen Four will be played April 5th and 7th at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
