San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) - The San Antonio Silver Stars have signed
veteran guard Becky Hammon to a multi-year contract extension.
The deal was announced Saturday, but terms were not disclosed.
Hammon, 34, is in her 13th WNBA season and fifth with the Silver Stars, who
recently clinched the last playoff berth in the Western Conference.
She has averaged 16.0 points and 5.7 assists in 32 games this season, both
above her career averages.
