(USATODAY.com) - Nineteen guys. Three dates. One Andi.
Here's how Week 2 unfolded on The Bachelorette:
First date: In a hard-to-watch, heartbreaking turn,Eric Hill (the explorer who died after his participation in the show) gets the first one-on-one date. "I hope that I can just be myself. Who knows? This could actually be the key to my fairy tale," he says, smiling.
Andi pulls up in a convertible car and Daisy Duke shorts. The rest of the guys in the Bachelor mansion are drooling.
"He's really cute," says Andi of Eric as they speed away to the beach.
"If I didn't think love could be found here, I wouldn't be here," Eric confesses.
They hit the sand, and Eric shows off his six-pack abs and Andi shows off her bod in a white bikini. They build a sand castle and fly a kite. "My face already hurts from smiling so much," says Eric.
Then a helicopter shows up to whisk them away to Bear Mountain. Up comes pro snowboarder Louie Vito, who gives them a lesson. Andi has a tough time. "Bring on the moguls," she cracks.
"It's pretty cute watching Andi," says Eric.

"He's hot," says Andi, who notes that Eric is "good at everything."
They're cute together as they sled down the hill. Later, they have dinner at a cabin. "This whole day has been unforgettable," says Eric to Andi. "He is the total package," Andi confesses.
She and Eric talk about his dangerous trip into Syria. Andi asked him about how he would balance family with his adventurous life. "Here's the thing. The biggest goal is to have a family."
Andi says it was "the perfect first date." She gives him a rose. "It's crazy to think this could be the first date with my future wife," he says.
Group date: Ryan, Marquel, Craig, Bradley, Brett, Patrick, Cody, Tasos, Josh, Ron Marcus, Nick S., Dylan and Brian join Andi at a Hollywood nightclub where they are greeted by male exotic revue dancers. In other words, strippers.
Andi reveals that the date is a special event for the charity "Bachelor Gives Back." The guys will raise money by stripping in front of a live audience.
Some of the guys will be army soldiers, some cowboys and others are dressed as firefighters. They don't seem all that shy about showing off their bods, except for Marcus, who says he's "anxious." There's a lot of wiggling, jiggling, hooting and hollering. Host Chris Harrison even got in a spank on one of the men's backside.
"I'm dying," says Andi, who has a front row seat. Joining her are Sharleen and Kelly from last season of The Bachelor. Meanwhile, Marcus is waiting in the wings for his solo. He's really nervous, he says. But once on stage, he shows off his smooth moves —- peeling off his uniform down to his undies.
Later, they all gather to drink. Andi makes the guys' jaws drop with her tight, short, low-cut, little black dress. Craig, the tax accountant from Iowa who is already outgoing, has had a few too many beers. Now he's really outgoing. "I don't know how much he had to drink, but you could tell it was more than what he should have had," says Tasos.
Craig starts roaming around looking for Andi. They have some one-on-one time. They hug a lot. "We've all been there," says Andi, totally aware that he's "annihilated."
But then Craig dives into the pool with his clothes on and he's getting rowdier by the minute. "They do get that they're here to date, right?" asks an increasingly annoyed Andi.
Craig comes in the house, pants hanging down so much that the show has to put a black band over his backside. "What the bleep?" says Andi.
The producers wind up calming him down and making him leave.
Andi gives Marcus, sports medicine manager from Alberta, a rose. She says the whole thing left her "disappointed."
Second date: Chris, the farmer.
They get all dressed up and go to the horse races at Santa Anita Park. They have mint juleps, place bets. "Being with Chris, I feel great," says Andi.
They just happen to strike up a conversation with a random couple next to them who have been married for 55 years. They chat a little about finding the right mate.
"I'm already a winner," says Chris, "because I'm here with the most amazing woman on the planet."
Later they have dinner, and Chris says he was engaged before to a girl in college. "Obviously it didn't work out." He goes on to tell Andi, "I am here for you."
She tells him he has made her believe that she will find love. She gives him a rose. They go outside and the duo This Wild Life is playing for them. They kiss and sway back and forth.
Cocktail party/Rose ceremony: Nick V. takes Andi to a private spot to toast each other with Champagne. Andi talks about finding a "perfect connection." Nick says he wants to hold out until you "just know" you've met the right person.
Marquel shows off his striped socks, plaid shirt and printed tie. "I think he's hilarious," confesses Andi.
We see her breaking plates with one guy, laughing at sock puppets with another, giggling, teasing and smooching with Josh.
And then there's Craig. "To know I was a drunk idiot the other night sucked," he confesses, adding that he has to do something more than just apologize. He pulls out a guitar and begins singing a song to Andi, begging her to let him stay.
Didn't work. He was sent packing. As were Carl, the firefighter from Florida, and Nick S., the pro golfer from Chicago.
Getting roses: Eric, Marcus, Chris, Ron, Dylan, JJ, Marquel, Andrew, Tasos, Josh, Cody, Nick V., Patrick, Brian, Brett and Bradley.
Note: The next new Bachelorette episode will be on Sunday, followed by another new one on Monday.
