'Frozen' composers are about to get more songs stuck in your head

(USA Today) Now that we've (almost) stopped singing Frozen song Let it Go, it's time to prepare for more earworms from composers (and married couple) Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

The Oscar winners have written the songs, lyrics and story for Up Here, an original romantic comedy for the stage. Tony nominee Alex Timbers (Broadway's Rocky) will direct the show, which will make its world premiere at the La Jolla Playhouse in California for the 2015/16 season.

According to a La Jolla Playhouse press release, the show is about "moving past ourselves – and those little voices in our head – to find happiness." Description of the show's protagonist:

"Dan is an ordinary guy with a boring social life, an unused gym membership and a lot going on upstairs. When he finds a potential spark with Lindsay, his attempts at love are jeopardized by his chaotic subconscious mind."

The way Robert Lopez described the show to Playbill.com in 2011 has us very intrigued:

"It's kind of like Annie Hall meets Cirque du Soleil. It's a romantic comedy, with a huge theatrical twist."
