Bartow, Florida -- A grand jury has indicted a Lakeland man for first degree murder in the death of his infant son.

20-year-old Jacob David Hartley had beenarrestedon aggravated manslaughter of a child after authorities say he shook his 3-week-old son because the baby boy wouldn't stop crying while Hartley played video games.

Hartley wasalso charged with aggravated child abuse.

Police say Hartley told authorities he shook his son on at least two occasions because the infant was crying while he was playing video games.

The child was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
