Sarasota, Florida -- Deputies who arrested a man caught loitering outside a home recovered items from at least two different reported burglaries in his car.
Around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night, a neighbor noticed Aaron "Lala" Graham's 2001 Hyundai Sonata backed into an unoccupied home in the 6300 block of Beechwood Avenue and thought it was being burglarized and called police.
When deputies arrived, they found Graham sitting in the car alone. During a search of the car, deputies found more than two dozen pieces of rock cocaine, as well as laptop computers, GPS devices, an iPad, a checkbook, wallets and purses.
Some of the property has already been connected to two other burglary cases, but detectives are continuing to investigate.
Despite being only 22 years old, the sheriff's office says Graham has a long criminal history in Sarasota County. In this instance, he was charged with Loitering and Prowling and drug charges.
