Largo, Florida -- Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a manon attempted murder charges after hewas reportedly linked to afire he set whilethree people were inside.
Detectives say during the course of the investigation, they developed information that linked 29-year-old Thomas Cservak to the arson of a Largo home on Sept. 16.
At the time of the fire at the home in the 1800 block of South Lake Avenue, 20-year-old Faith Ann Ferry, 18-year-old Taylor Rafferty and 4-year-old Allison Cservak were inside. All three got out of the home safely.
Detectives say the motive for the fire was domestic-related and details of how and why exactly the fire was set are being withheld at this time.
Cservak was arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop at Highland Avenue and Drew Street in Clearwater. He has been charged with four counts Attempted First Degree Murder and one count First Degree Arson. Authorities added another count to the Attempted First Degree Murder charges because detectives say there was another intended victim who was notat the home at the time.
