Riverview, Florida -- Two people were arrested Thursday after one of them was caught breaking into a person's car.
The sheriff's office say the victim caught Alexis Boyde around 3:20 a.m. Thursday trying to breaking their car. Boyde then fled on foot behind some houses within the subdivision in the 5300 block of Watson Road.
The victim followed Boyde and called police. When deputies pulled Boyde over, they found her with multiple bags containing numerous GPS navigators, game consoles, cameras and cell phones -- along with burglary tools and other property.
When one of the cell phones starting ringing a female deputy answered, thinking it may be one of the victim's looking for their phone. The person on the other line told who he thought was Boyde to meet him at a 7-Eleven on Bloomingdale Avenue. Instead, deputies met up with the man, later identified as Dehaven Osley, who told them he was waiting for Boyde to pick him up.
Boyde, and her partner, Osley, both 23, were arrested and charged with Burglary of an Unoccupied Conveyance, Petit Theft, Grand Theft and Possession of Burglary Tools.
