Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Patrick Kane and Jonathan Towes both scored once and tallied two assists to help the Chicago Blackhawks to a 5-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Monday.

Brent Seabrook, Jimmy Hayes and Andrew Shaw also lit the lamp for the Blackhawks, winners in three straight. Ray Emery had 17 saves in the win.

Milan Hedjuk and Gabriel Landeskog scored one goal apiece for the Avalanche, losers in four straight. Semyon Varlamov had 27 saves in the setback.
