Bradenton, Florida -- Two members of Bradenton's SUR-13 criminal street gang will join fellow members behind bars for a substantial amount of time for gang-related activity.

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Wednesday 27-year-old Danny "Boom" Robledo pleaded guilty toracketeering and conspiracy to engage in racketeering and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Twenty-two-year-old "Lucky" Luciano Muniz also pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspiracy to engage in racketeering, theft, and two battery charges. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison and five years probation.

They will join the following SUR-13 gang members who have also pleaded guilty and have either been sentenced or await sentencing at this time.

  • Danny Duran, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 13 years in prison;
  • Irwin Sanchez, pleaded guilty, awaiting sentencing;
  • Martin Agustin, pleaded guilty, sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison;
  • Britney Vela, pleaded guilty, awaiting sentencing;
  • Manuel Ramirez, pleaded guilty, awaiting sentencing;
  • Luis Ortiz, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years in prison;
  • Antonio Falcon, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years in prison;
  • Joel "Dough Boy" Rodriguez, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years in prison; and
  • Marbin "Spantos" Villacorta, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years in prison.

"Thanks to the strong partnerships among my Office of Statewide Prosecution, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, the Bradenton Police Department, and the State Attorney's Office, we have made great progress in removing this dangerous gang from the Bradenton area," stated Attorney General Pam Bondi. "To date, this case has resulted in 11 SUR-13 gang members behind bars and nearly 90 years in prison time."
