BOCA RATON, Florida (AP) -- The grandson of the man who founded the Hilton Hotel chain has been arrested after authorities say he refused to pay his bill at a restaurant.
Boca Raton Police said 53-year-old Conrad N. Hilton racked up a $531.06 bill with two other guests early Monday morning. One of Hilton's friends allegedly told restaurant staff to put their meal on "Mr. Moe's account."
Employees said there was no account under that name and said the group would be arrested if they did not pay.
The Palm Beach Post reports that police were talking with the manager when Hilton allegedly stood up, grabbed a woman by her shoulder and pushed her.
It's unclear who the woman was. Hilton was charged with domestic battery.
