After a crisp start to our Tuesday with temperatures in the 50s and 60s we will warm up close to 80 today. SKies will be partly cloudy and most areas will remain dry. There is a small chance for a shower in Citrus County after noon today as a weak boundary falls apart. Temperatures will continue the warming trend over the next few days heading toward the mid and upper 80s by the weekend.

Tuesday A 10 percent chance of shower mainly north in Citrus Coounty. Sunny, with a high near 79. West southwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Tuesday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 65. West wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday Sunny, with a high near 83. Light west wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Wednesday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 67. West wind around 10 mph.

Thursday Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. North wind around 9 mph.

Thursday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 65. Northwest wind around 8 mph becoming north northeast after midnight.

Friday Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. East wind 7 to 10 mph becoming north in the afternoon.

Friday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. West northwest wind 8 to 11 mph becoming southwest after midnight.

Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 87, isolated showers

Saturday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 71.

Sunday A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 86.
