Tampa, Florida -- Two men rescued from an empty tanker are now in critical condition.
Saturday morning, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a report of two men who were trapped inside an empty asphalt tanker. Upon arrival, fire rescue found the two men unconscious due to fumes and lack of ventilation.
Fire rescue was able to get the men out and they were transferred to the hospital in critical condition. There were no injuries to personnel during the rescue.
