MIAMI, Florida (CBSMiami) -Tropical Depression Erin, the fifth named storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season, is not expected to hang around much longer.

As of 5 p.m. Sunday, the storm has degenerated into a remnant low. The center of the post-tropical cyclone was about 1,080 miles west-northwest of the Cape Verde Islands with maximum sustained winds at 35 mph.

Erin was moving west at 13 mph.

Currently, there are no coastal warnings or watches in effect.

The storm is not expected to impact land.
