Winter Haven, Florida -- Winter Haven Police say they believe they've recovered the gun used by Adele Bing in the deadly shooting of her daughter, Ruby.

"We are confident we have the murder weapon," said Chief Gary Hester. "Lab tests will be conducted to provide conclusive results."

Because the investigation is ongoing, police are not revealing details on how they recovered the gun.

Bing has been charged with second-degree murder in what she told officers was theaccidental shooting of her daughter following a fight with her boyfriend on Nov. 26.

Neighbors told 10 News just after hearing the gunshot, Bing was heard screaming and seen cradling Ruby who died at the scene.
