Tampa- An article in a Pennsylvania newspaper's website surfaced yesterday stating Buccaneers' head coach Greg Schiano was among three coaches to have intermediary contact with Penn State University about a potential head coaching vacancy.

Schiano spent four-years as a graduate assistant underformer Ninttany Lions head coachJoe Paterno in University Park.

This afternoon during his regular mid-week press conference, Schiano addressed the topic by stating;" There is zero truth to that, and I am going to make it clear, the only job I want is the one I have right now."

Schiano in his second season with the Buccaneers, compilingan 11-20 record. Sunday's game against the must win Saints could be his final as the Bucs head coach.

Currently there is no head coaching vacancy at Penn State. Bill O'Brien currently holds that role in his second season. But the former Patriots offensive coordinator is said to be getting major interest for potential head coaching opportunities in the NFL.
