Tampa, Florida -- Two young adults have been arrested for running a grow operation our of their home.

On Jan. 2, Hillsborough Sheriff's detectives executed a court authorized search warrant at a home on Beacon Isles Drive.

Detectives found one bedroom and closet that was converted for the sole purpose of cultivating marijuana. A total of 15 marijuana plants were recovered, along with 38 oxycodone pills, over $1,300 in U.S. currency and a Ruger .38 revolver.

Matthew Buchanan, 20, andBrittany McLaughlin, 18, were arrested and transported to Orient Road Jail without incident.
