Haines City, Florida -- Update: The Polk County Sheriff's Office has canceled the Silver Alert issued on Feb. 11 for 89-year-old John Thomas Happy.

Deputies say Happy has been found safe in Orange County.

Happy was last seen at his home at 298 Paradise Island Drive in Haines City around 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014.

Deputies say he may be driving his gold 2010 Chevy Malibu with FL tag D01NART. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket with green liner, a green/yellow Polo-style shirt, khaki pants, and tan shoes.

John has memory loss and may be in the early stages of dementia.
