Clearwater, Florida -- Update: Clearwater Police say an elderly man who hadn't been seen or heard from since Monday, March 3 has been found.

Police say he was found in the Largo area and was not injured. He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

Clearwater Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing elderly man who hasn't been seen since Monday, March 3.

Detectives say 70-year-old Michael Pezzano left his home in the 1700 block of S.Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Clearwater in the afternoon to early evening hours of Monday, March 3 and has not returned home.

Pezzano reportedly left his home in a tan, 4-door 2000 Buick Century with Florida license plate 644WPZ.

Police say he is a diabetic and may not have the medication he needs for his well-being.

He is described as 5'6 tall, weighing 190 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair and wears glasses.
