Pinellas County, Florida -- The U.S. Marshals Service says the Pinellas Trail robbery suspect has been arrested in Georgia.

Germaine Smallis the main suspect inrelation to the February 1, armed robbery on the Pinellas Trail. During the robbery, Small and an accomplice attacked a man and woman riding their bikes on the Trail.

During the robbery Small allegedly struck the woman in the face with the butt of a handgun, knocking out several of her teeth.

On March 1, U.S. Marshals got involved and put up a billboard offering up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to Small's arrest.

On Thursday morning, the East Regional Fugitive Task Force out of Atlanta responded to an address, where they found Small hiding in the attic. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Henry County Jail in Georgia to await extradition.
