A man mistakenly released from Brevard County jail is back in custody.

Court records show Lamanceo Dorsey, 35, was arrested April 30 on charges of burglary and grand theft. He was released the same day, though he should have been held without bond because he was on probation for a heroin trafficking charge from Orange County.

But he was arrested again Wednesday at a Cocoa probation office. He'll remain in jail until authorities decide on how to proceed with his violation of probation.
