1. Shia LaBeouf removed from Broadway theater, arrested
Actor Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for criminal trespass and misconduct after causing a disruption at a New York City theater, police reported. LaBeouf was smoking inside the theater — Studio 54 — during a performance of the Broadway show Cabaret, and also slapping random strangers on the rear end, according to reports.
2. EU leaders gather as Ukraine cease-fire ends
A cease-fire between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russia separatists is due to end Friday as Ukraine signed a European Union association agreement. Secretary of State John Kerry will also meet with EU leaders Friday at the summit to consider imposing harsher sanctions on Russia for not pushing separatists to lay down their arms.
