Panama City, Florida -- The Florida MISSING CHILD Alert that was issued for 3-year-old Armari Briggs and 6-month-old Zhi Moss has been canceled and the case has been resolved.

The alert was issued on June 27 after they went missing out of Panama City and was believed to be in the company of 34-years-old James Allen Moss Jr.

PREVIOUS STORY:

Moss has dreadlocks that are dyed red and a tattoo on his inner left forearm and the left side of his neck. He also is known to have anti-government beliefs.

Use caution if contacted. If you have any information on the whereabouts of these children please contact the Panama City Police Department at 850-872-3112 or 911.

A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Armari Briggs (3 feet tall, 35 pounds, black hair, brown eyes) who was last seen wearing a white tee shirt and orange skirt. She may be in need of medical care.
