Bradenton, Florida -- Manatee High School's former assistant football coach Rod Frazier pleaded no contest in his suspected child abuse case avoiding a trial and possible jail time.

Frazier was charged with three counts of misdemeanor battery and three counts of interfering with student attendance at school.

In November 2012, allegations surfaced that Frazier inappropriately touched students and staff at the school.

As part of his plea deal, Frazier will serve three years probation, six months house arrest, and complete 90 days in an offender work program.

He is also not allowed to have any contact with four of the victims.
