10 News viewers are asking why the legislation that would require foods that contain genetically modified organisms to be labeled disappeared from the Senate Agriculture Committee Agenda.

The chairman, Senator Bill Montford, who has the power to kill the bill, has not returned 10 News' phone calls.

Right now, 64 countries require GMOs in food to be labeled.
