Tampa, Florida -- You can take a walk through a gigantic model of the colon this weekend to wrap up colon cancer awareness month.
Moffitt Cancer Center and the Ponce School of Medicine are teaming up to display the interactive exhibit featuring pre-cancerous polyps to help you learn about the disease. Doctors, nurses, nutritionists and colorectal cancer survivors will share their experiences too. The discussion will held in English and Spanish.
Free admission and parking are available. Lunch is included and attendees will have a chance to win prizes. You can register on site for health coverage through the Affordable Care Act will also be available.
