Safety Harbor, Florida -- Former mayor of Safety Harbor Andy Steingold has been elected the city's mayor once again, beating out incumbent Mayor Joe Ayoub, as well as a third candidate Nancy Besore.
Official election results from the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections show Steingold won the race with nearly 45 percent of the votes, over Ayoub's 43 percent. Twelve percent of the votes went to Besore.
The news comes one day after 10 Investigates' own Mike Deeson uncovered a criminal investigation involving the two mayors, where one of Ayoub's top campaign contributors, Jim Barge, was caught on camera stealing a Steingold campaign sign.

Barge claimed he wasn't stealing because the campaign sign was on private property, and added the following remarks for Steingold:"You're such a baby, do you need a pacifier? Somebody call Andy's mommy, he needs a little hug the night before the election."
