Lakeland, Florida -- The woman seen on police dash cam video being forced to lift up her shirt and shake her bra in front of a police video has been arrested for shoplifting.
The Lakeland Ledger reports Zoe Brugger -- along with a friend and her boyfriend --went to a Mulberry Walmart earlier this month, where she allegedly hid $359 worth of electronics in her purse and left without paying for it.
Brugger and her boyfriend later allegedly exchanged the stolen merchandise for Walmart gift cards.
All three have since been arrested and charged with retail theft. They each posted bail and have been released.
Dash cam video from a traffic stop on May 21, 2013 shows a questionable search method in which Lakeland Police Officer Dustin Fetz told 28-year-old Zoe Brugger to pull up her shirt, and flip her bra, not once, but twice.
