Tampa, Florida -- There is some closure tonight for the Avila community as new details are released and give better insight to what happened before the fire.

It has been confirmed that the four people found inside the home is the Campbell family.

The person responsible is father Darrin Campbell. Deputies say he shot his wife and two kids before shooting himself.

A small memorial outside of the 6,000 square foot mansion owned by tennis star James Blake has been set up as a small reminder of the tragedy that took place inside.

"To see the balloons and small animals it breaks your heart," says Shelia Mauldin, a neighbor.

Neighbors found out Friday that detectives believe Darrin Campbell shot his wife and teenage children in the head.

"He then placed fireworks throughout the residence and used an accelerant to light the fire, then shot himself," says Col. Donna Lusczynski with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say that Darrin Campbell used the gun he bought from Shooters World last year to kill his family.

As seen in this surveillance video at Phantom Fireworks, Darrin Campbell purchased the fireworks on Sunday and then purchased gas cans at a local hardware store.

"It's just disbelief and so sad everyone has questions what mentality state of mind your in to kill your children and family," says Mauldin

Officials say they hope to clear away from the crime scene by tonight and be able to fence up the property.

Saturday they will continue to put together puzzle pieces as to why something like this took place.
