Sarasota, Florida -- UPDATE: Ronald Sousa and Lyn Warhul have been located in Montana.
A Tampa girl, with ties to North Port in Sarasota, has gone missing.
On Tuesday, May 27 Ivy Lyn Warhul was last seen at her mother's residence in North Port at 8433 Octavius Avenue. Warhul is likely in the company of 16-year-old Ronnie Sousa from Tampa. According to her father, Scott Warhul, with whom Ivy primarily lives in Tampa, they may be driving a silver and blue Honda Element with Florida tag DBW3S.
North Port Police Department detectives are still determining whether there are any other avenues of investigative means to try and locate the missing juvenile. It should be noted that information involving juveniles who are generally reported missing and have no signs of an abduction are alerted to local law enforcement agencies via a Be on the Lookout (BOLO), entered into the MCIC and NCIC system, and their last known or possible locations are repeatedly followed-through by road patrol. At this time, there are no signs of foul play, abduction, or indications of endangerment.
Ivy Lyn Warhul is 5'2" inches tall and weighs 85 pounds. She has light brown hair with blonde and red highlights. Ronnie Sousa is 6 feet and has black hair.
Anyone with information is asked to contact local law enforcement or call the father, Scott Warhul, at 813-810-9028, or her mother Stephanie at 941-237-8602, who can also be reached by email at PleaseHelpFindIvy@gmail.com
