The women's Saturn was hit by a Chrysler sedan that police say was believed to be driving in the wrong direction down 16th Street S. around 3 a.m.
Briana Campbell, 23, and Jame'sia Lang, 21, died at the scene. The driver, 25-year-old Grace Collier, passed away at the Tampa General Hospital after her parents decided to remove her from life support. All three of them were mothers.
