Tarpon Springs, Florida – A three alarm fire swept the Tarpon Tap House restaurant at 701 Pinellas Avenue North Tuesday evening.

The fire was initially reported at 6 p.m. and within 45 minutes all firefighters on scene were ordered out of the building to switch to a defensive attack. By 7 p.m., the fire rose to a second alarm. It went to three alarms about 20 minutes later.

At least 24 units responded, along with an ambulance and police for traffic control.

There are no reports of injuries.
