The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the suspect in the Holiday hit-and-run has been caught in Brevard.

The family says Eagan is the driver who was behind the wheel when he plowed into the father, Dakota, tearing his calf muscle, and knocking the infant, Jaysen, out of his stroller onto the ground leaving him with several injuries.

"He had road rash on his arms, leg, and face. He had a couple abrasions on his head and some minor bleeding of the brain," says Dakota Harwood.
