Sarasota, Florida -- The Florida Highway Patrol needs your help finding the driver who hit a 71-year-old man in Sarasota last month, and then drove off, leaving him to die.

Bill Wren was riding his motorcycle on the morning of July 12 when a car rear-ended him on Bee Ridge Road.

The FHP believes the suspect was driving a silver or gray Honda Accord from the 1990s or 2000s, and it should have received front-end damage.

Witnesses describe the driver as having long, dark hair.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Florida Highway Patrol at 239-938-1800, and ask for Corporal Jacquline Stevens.
