Hillsborough County, Florida -- The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office has released video connected to a case of road rage.

It dates back to February, when investigators say Hillsborough Sheriff's Detective Thomas Pettis got into an altercation with Evan Rees after Pettis rear-ended the vehicle Rees was riding in on I-4 in Seffner.

A witness' daughter videotaped the incident on her cell phone and can be heard begging her father to get back in the car because Pettis "has a gun."
