Tampa, Florida -- Terri Romano wasn't quite sure what to do when she got the devastating phone call early in the morning.
"It was very, very scary," she said.
Romano works with the Tampa Animal Coalition. The phone call was from the company's security company letting her know the building was a victim of arson.
"It would have probably been close to impossible to put this back to together as quickly as we did without the donations," she said.
One of the donations, not the biggest nor the smallest, came from Sherri Coffey. Her donation was funded by, of all things, a treasure hunt.
"Toby loves treasure hunts," she smiled.
Coffey was walking her dog, Toby, in Al Lopez Park. She had just checked Twitter. A new account, @HiddenCashTPA, was giving out clues to hidden money. Coffey found it and followed the instructions on the envelope.
"He said to 'pay it forward,' " Coffey said.
She took her newfound $60 and bought dog food for Romano's pet facility. It was desperately needed and the perfect example that the Twitter mystery man is hoping for by giving away this cash.
