Tampa, Florida -- Empowering women to succeed in business. That's the goal of the Women's Leadership Luncheon.

The Centre for Women held its second Women's Leadership Luncheon at Palma Ceia Country Club in South Tampa on Wednesday.

10 News Anchor Heather Van Nest was honored to serve as emcee.

The Centre helps women, girls and families gain skills to become independent and successful in business.

The luncheon allowed women to network with each other and hear from an inspirational speaker, Dr. Susan Dellinger.

Empowering women to succeed personally and professionally--that's the goal of The Centre's Leadership Luncheon.

Dr. Dellinger is a national speaker, author and creator of the Psycho-Geometrics System, a unique way to use geometric shapes to determine your personal leadership style.

The Centre holds quarterly leadership luncheons to offer the community a chance to learn, find transferable ideas for their own businesses and organizations, network with other women and be inspired by accomplished role models.
