Fort De Soto, Florida -- A 73-year-old man drowned at Fort De Soto Park.

According to deputies, Jaime Suarez was visiting the beach with family. He was in the water when family members noticed he was unresponsive.

Bystanders reportedly pulled him from the water and began CPR while calling 911.

Suarez was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Deputies say the drowning appears accidental. It's not known at this time whether or not it was health related.
