Seminole, Florida -- Saturday's storms brought a tree down onto the Saxton family's home in Seminole, but a friend's Father's Day surprise inadvertently prevented any major damage from happening.

A blast of wind pulled a tall tree right out of the ground and knocked it onto the Saxtons' house. But a trailer parked in their yard caught the tree, and kept the limbs from doing any major damage.

The thing is, that trailer was not supposed to be there! Herb Saxton says his buddy was supposed to come over earlier on Saturday to help move the trailer away. But that buddy's daughter came into town to surprise him for Father's Day.

So the two men decided to save the trailer removal for another day, and that meant it was still there in the yard to stop the tree from completely falling on the house.
