Four men are facing charges after the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office said they stole thousands of dollars worth of lawn equipment from home improvement stores to help pay for narcotics.
The sheriff monitored the residents of 3721 Stokes Ave. in Sarasota during a joint investigation with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. Deputies then watched the men visit multiple Lowe's and Home Depot stores in Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee counties.
