Tampa, Florida-- Dying for a bite from your favorite foodie spot? Looking for new, local restaurants to try? Then you won't want to miss the 9th Annual Taste of South Tampa this Sunday, April 9th in Hyde Park Village.
The yearly event draws thousands of Bay Area residents, and showcases a wide variety of dishes from several of South Tampa's restaurants. As in past years, beer, wine and soft drinks will be available, and live entertainment will set the tone for the perfect Sunday.
The event is family-friendly, and offers both, a Kids Zone and a Pet Zone. The Kids Zone will have fun activities for the little ones, like complimentary face-painting, and the Pet Zone will include treats and wading pools for the pups.
And... more fun for the adults, in addition to the unlimited samples, live entertainment and free giveaways from the vendors, anyone who brings a canned good for the food drive will have a chance to win prizes.
Pre-sale General Admission tickets are available until April 11th for $35, and $20 for any seniors, or under 21-year-olds. Tickets the day of the event will be $45 for General Admission, and $30 for seniors or anyone under 21. The cost is all-inclusive.
