Nancy Naeve decided to respond to viewer's complaints about their weather coverage.
Tampa, Florida -- An anchor in Sioux Falls, South Dakota responded on air to viewers who complained about weather coverage.
Viewers were upset with KSFY after news cut into regular scheduled programming to cover a confirmed tornado that touched down nearby and was heading towards people's homes. The update cut into the season finale of "Once Upon A Time."
Nancy Naeve decided to respond to viewer's complaints saying that they were providing valuable information to people who may have had their home in jeopardy.
Her co-anchor Shawn Cable later uploaded this video in support of Naeve. Naeve responds to complaints at the 0:55 second mark.
