Scottsdale, Ariz. (AZ Central) -- Cue the "awwwww" for this geep. Her name is Butterfly and she was born on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at My Petting Zoo in North Scottsdale, Arizona.

Her mom, Momma, is a sheep. Her dad, Michael, is a pygmy goat. Hence, geep. She has goat hooves and a goat head, but is covered in wool.

The Motolas, owners of My Petting Zoo, named her Butterfly because of her spots. Her best friend is a horse.

If you want to meet Butterfly, email Priscilla Motola at: info@pettingzoo.com.

Butterfly may be Arizona's only geep, that's how rare she is. What exactly is a geep you might be asking? You might not believe us if we told you.
