Tampa, Florida -- A three-time Olympic gold medalist from Plant City stopped by 10 News on Friday.

Swimmer Brooke Bennett won her first gold at the age of 16 in the 1996 Atlanta Games for the 800 Meter freestyle. Then in 2000 she took home two gold metals at the Sydney Olympics - one for the 400 meter freestyle and one for the 800 meter.

Now she talks with Allison Kropff about training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
