TAMPA -- One of three lanes will be closed on northbound I-275 between State Road 60 (Exit 39A/B) and Dale Mabry Highway (Exit 41A) from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday (July 12).
All traffic will be detoured off northbound I-275 at Exit 39A from 11:30 p.m. Saturday (July 12) to 5:30 a.m. Sunday (July 13).
DETOUR: Drivers will be directed to Exit 39A, then east on Kennedy Boulevard to Dale Mabry Highway, where they will turn left and go north on Dale Mabry to re-enter northbound I-275 just north of Cypress Street.
After the detour is completed, drivers will be using two of three new lanes on northbound I-275 between West Shore Boulevard and Dale Mabry Highway. The third lane will open at about 10:00 a.m. Sunday.
Drivers can expect some extra congestion and delays during the detour and lane closures Saturday night into Sunday morning and may want to consider alternate routes.
