Hi, my name is Jonathan Moreno and I am a Try It Team Member. For the past few weeks I have been testing out the Redi Set Go, it promises to eliminate hundreds of dollars of household appliances and claims to make meals in a snap.
To put this product to the test, I made a couple of my favorite meals. I started by making a cheese and mushroom omelet. It turned out delicious! The cheese was perfectly melted and the mushrooms were caramelized.

Next, I made a pastrami, tomato, and cheese Panini on sourdough bread. I was surprised to see how toasted the bread was, it was very crunchy. The cheese was perfectly melted and it tasted delicious!
My last test put the Redi Set Go to work. I decided to make a 9oz ribeye streak with red onions and mushrooms. The steak was a little overcooked, but that could have been fixed with a few less cooking minutes. The steak actually tasted good, but I would have preferred my dad make it on the grill.
The Redi Set came with two useful cookbooks, full of easy recipes. It also came with a double sided spatula. When using it, the food would just fall back down. I would suggest using your own spatula.
Overall I really like the Redi Set Go! I use it every day when I get home from school and it works flawlessly! I think the Redi Set Go would be perfect for that person who wants a fast meal without going out. I give this product two thumbs up!
