To put it through its paces, Marisa decided to make her favorite Bruschetta recipe. She started by cutting the onions -- which was difficult at first, but after a couple revolutions of the three-pronged blade, the cutting went smoothly. The same held true when cutting the tomatoes.
The Mastrad Mixer also has snap-on tools to mix cake batter and sauces. Marisa really liked the product and gave it two thumbs up.
The mixer sells for around $15 and is available in stores locally or online.
